Niagara police have arrested a man after he was seen breaking and entering into a jewelery store in Port Colborne. Shortly after 1 am on Wednesday, police received an emergency call from a witness who was observing the break-in at a jewelery store located on West St. between Clarence and Charlotte streets. Investigators say the suspect arrived in an older model green Dodge Caravan. He broke the front glass window of the store for entry.
