Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, was spotted out in her California haven over the weekend.
She was seen doing some low-key shopping in a Montecito farmer’s market, accompanied by one of her husband and Prince Harry’s three dogs. The photo shows Meghan holding a bouquet of pink and white flowers in one hand, with her dog’s leash on the same arm.
The duchess looked effortlessly sophisticated in her quiet luxury getup: a slinky sand-colored jumpsuit paired with a white linen button-down, a large raffia tote bag, and black aviator sunglasses with golden frames. Her hair was styled in a slicked-back bun, and she seemed to wear natural makeup.
Meghan has maintained a low profile this year, following a busy 2022 which saw the release of her and Harry’s Netflix docuseries, Meghan & Harryand her own podcast, Archetypes.
The pair was last seen out in California earlier this month, leaving an office building in Santa Barbara in preppy summer looks. In the photos, Meghan looks lovely in a breezy white button-down, which she tucked into brown linen shorts by Reformation. She completed the look with a pair of tan sandals and a white fedora by Janessa Leoné, with further accessories including a gold necklace with a circle pendant, layered bracelets, and black oversized shades. Harry, meanwhile, wore a gray short-sleeved polo shirt with blue jeans, silver-rimmed sunglasses, and a faded blue cap.
The two also made a rare public appearance at the 2023 Women of Vision Awards in New York City in May. The duchess, who was among the evening’s honorees, delivered a bold fashion statement by wearing a strapless Johanna Ortiz dress in a metallic gold hue. The gorgeous piece includes a tiny diamond-shaped keyhole cutout and a center leg slit. She coordinated her accessories with the palette, opting for strappy gold Tom Ford heels, a small gold clutch from Carolina Herrera, gold J. Crew earrings, and a stack of gold and diamond bracelets. Harry supported his wife in a classic midnight-blue suit paired with a white button-up, a light blue tie, and black dress shoes. Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, also attended the ceremony, wearing a black minidress with pleated sheer bishop sleeves and sophisticated slingback pumps.
